Inca Trail to Machu Picchu February 2006

Rob went on the four-day hike on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Lots of climbing up and down mountains through farmland, barren mountain tops, sub-tropical jungle, and cloud forests, with a number of Inca ruins along the way. The trail starts at km 82 at 2750 meters, goes up and down through mountain passes (with the highest pass at 4200 meters on the second day) and ends up at 2700 meters.
